We’re seeking dedicated individuals to support our programs through a variety of hands-on and behind-the-scenes roles. You could mentor young entrepreneurs, assist with trade skill workshops, help with event setup and logistics, capture photos and videos at community events, support admin tasks, or contribute to social media and outreach efforts.

Whether you’re a skilled tradesperson, educator, organizer, content creator—or just someone with a passion for community—we have a place for you. Your involvement directly supports our work across Burke, Caldwell, and Catawba counties and helps create opportunities where they’re needed most.
